In general we can work materials with an ultimate tensile strength of 48/50 Kg/mm2 and minimum elongation of 22/24 %
The following carbon steel dished heads are available from stock:

S235JR - UNI EN 10025/93

= FE 360 B - UNI EN 10025/90

= St 37.2 - DIN 17100/80

= AFNOR NF A 35-501/84).

This material can be hot galvanized at the following conditions:

1. % max. Si < 0,03 %
2. % Si + 2,5 P < 0,09 %
(in compliance with French standard AFNOR A 35-503/94)

Stainless steel dished heads available from the stock are made of:

ASTM A240 TP 304 (1999)

We also have a well-assorted stock of carbon steel, comprised of :

S235JR coils (able to be galvanized)

S275JR - FE 430 B - St 44.2 - E28.2 hot-rolled plates.

The amount of materials available from stock enables us to respond promptly to customers' request.
We can also supply flattened sheet metal or flatten coils supplied by customers. Stainless steel dished heads available from the stock are made of: ASTM A240 TP 304 (304 L) – TP 316 (316 L).
